Walker’s journey is the heart and soul of Roost. A young man born with Down syndrome, he discovered his passion for birdhouse making as an Eagle Scout, where his love for nature and wildlife blossomed. Driven by a desire to create safe havens for birds and other animals, he set out to combine craftsmanship with compassion, and thus, Roost was born.

Each wildlife shelter he builds reflects his dedication to the natural world, his commitment to preserving it, and his passion for inspiring and empowering those around him. At Roost, his vision takes flight through every product, every mission, and every act of kindness toward our shared world.
